Yes, we can offer a supply-only service. As we will not be carrying out the installation, please ask your builder or installer to provide a complete list of everything required. We cannot take responsibility for quantities, product suitability or fitting on supply-only orders.

1. Number of flooring packs required. Pack coverage varies by range, so please confirm the exact quantity needed.
2. Any Incizo profiles required. Each Incizo is 2.15m long and will usually cover two standard doorways, depending on cuts required.
3. Quick-Step underlay required. We commonly supply Unisound 15m², Thermolevel 9m² or Silent Walk 7m², depending on the installation.
4. Whether Scotia beading is required. Scotia lengths are 2.4m, unless skirting boards are being removed and refitted or replaced after installation.

Once we have the complete order list, we will prepare a quotation for approval. Full payment is required before the order is placed. Stock availability will be confirmed at the time of order, and where stock allows, we can arrange a delayed delivery.

We install commercial sheet vinyl only. We do not install domestic sheet vinyl.

No. We do not install ceramic or porcelain tiles.

We cannot provide an accurate fitting rate until we have completed a site visit and understood the full scope of works. Every project is different, and the cost depends on the product, preparation required, layout and level of labour and skill involved.

Yes. We can often provide an initial guide price, but we will need as much information as possible. Please send the measurements, the product or type of flooring you are considering, and any relevant plans, photos or videos. We also need to know whether uplift and disposal of the existing flooring is required, what the existing flooring is, and whether the skirting boards are staying in place or being replaced after installation.

We are a fully mobile service, so we can arrange to visit you at home with samples. This allows you to see the flooring in your own lighting and alongside your existing décor and furniture. If you are still deciding what you like, we can also send product information and links as a starting point.

This depends on our current diary, but we usually aim to arrange a measure within one to two weeks. Following the site visit, quotations are normally issued within 7–10 working days.

Availability depends on the length of the installation, material lead times and our fitting diary. As a guide, we recommend allowing at least 4–6 weeks from initial enquiry, although at busy times it may be longer. The sooner we can begin the measuring, product selection and quotation process, the better chance we have of working towards your preferred dates.

The date offered is our first confirmed availability. If you would like to proceed, we recommend paying the deposit so we can secure the booking and order the materials. If an earlier fitting slot becomes available and the materials are ready, we may then be able to bring the installation forward.

We mainly carry out repairs to flooring we have previously installed for existing customers. We may occasionally take on small repairs to other flooring, but these are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We mainly work within approximately a 30-mile radius of Stevenage, covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
